TTL Staff

Talent Tech Labs recently gathered its senior most client HR leaders in Chicago for our annual Executive Forum. This year’s conference highlighted the rapid change that has characterized the talent technology landscape and will continue to impact the roles talent leaders will play in supporting their companies. The forum proved enlightening, interactive and inspiring for attendees, providing real-world insights that can elevate the client company’s ways of applying the most cutting-edge technologies today.

Leaders Look for Nimble Solutions with the Future in Mind

While the reasons for self-management are varied, primarily companies view it as a cost-saving opportunity, a security measure or a way to control strategic alignment.

With constantly shifting trends and rapidly advancing technology, HR leaders are seeking technologies and practices that enhance their workforce programs now and provide a solid basis for orchestrating change within their company’s environments. The Executive Forum serves as a venue for in-depth discussions on front-of-mind topics for workforce leaders, such as how talent leaders can decide on the best AI technologies for their business needs, how to determine which tasks should be tackled by agentic AI and which tasks should be completed by humans and how to drive tangible business outcomes from their AI investments.

The Talent Tech Labs team was joined by executives from leading companies like Edwards Lifesciences, Emerson, Heidrick & Struggles, Hilton, JLL, KPMG, Micron Technology, PepsiCo, Stryker, and Wells Fargo, amongst others. Thought leaders that presented provocative insights across the event included Novaworks, Riviera Advisors and QuantumWork Advisory, especially around future state organization design and how to get there from here and now.
