Brian Delle Donne is the co-founder of Talent Tech Labs and a leading force in driving innovation through his extensive career in operating roles throughout the industry. After serving as Chief Operating Officer at large public and privately held staffing and project engineering firms he has amassed a wealth of insight into effectively applying innovative technology solutions.

David Francis leads a global team of analysts in the creation and development of Talent Tech Labs’ market research. David’s expertise spans talent acquisition, talent management and the extended workforce. He has advised many firms in the Fortune 500 on their technology and people strategy, and is a startup mentor and investor.

Lisa Jo Landsberg leads Talent Tech Labs’ customer success team. Over the last three years, Lisa Jo’s focus has been in the start-up world of HR tech — in the wellness space and the quickly evolving arena of new approaches to managing internal talent. Lisa Jo is a purpose-driven, passionate and high-performing executive.

Jake Ebenhoch is the head of business development for HR Advisory and Transformation Services, where he consults with Fortune 1000 clients to drive workforce transformation. With deep expertise in workforce strategy, digital transformation, service design, change management, and worktech integration, Jake partners with organizations to achieve their transformation goals.

Rana Fatima is a senior analyst focused on advising clients on methods for modernizing their employee enablement strategies. She has authored extensive research across the talent management spectrum, including skills tech, internal mobility, employee engagement, L&D, and people analytics. Prior to joining Talent Tech Labs, Rana supported tech startups and scaleups across incubators and accelerator programs.

Nicole Mundy is a senior research analyst covering both talent acquisition and talent management technologies. For over a decade, she has worked in investment research and due diligence, policy research, and HR technology research. Nicole has also consulted in executive recruitment for expert networks, including GLG, and has led global expansion for international research firms.

Genyl Villacrusis is a Senior Research Operations Analyst focused on delivering unbiased analysis of intelligent talent acquisition and talent management platforms. With a background in multi-market research, she has authored reports on emerging markets and sustainability and global regulatory landscapes. Previously, Genyl supported global consultancy firms with market intelligence to drive strategic investments and client expansion strategies.

Patricia Payahay is a Senior Research Analyst focused on data operations, research, and analysis focused data migration, vendor resume writing, and vendor demonstrations, contributing to independent, research-driven analysis of emerging and innovative talent technology solutions. Previously at FactSet and Nasdaq, she specialized in M&A research and shareholder advisory, bringing deep analytical expertise to every engagement.

Laura Kavanaugh is a senior content marketing manager responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of Talent Tech Lab's comprehensive marketing and brand strategy. With more than 15 years’ experience in the talent technology industry, Laura is passionate about talent acquisition, talent management and extended workforce enablement through innovation.

Julie Gordon is a customer success specialist and business development professional. She leads strategic outreach, supports customer connections, and generates high quality sales opportunities. Previously, she spent over a decade as Chief of Staff to a CEO, Executive Assistant to the C‑suite, with high‑impact project management for executive operations, and sales enablement.

Kate West is a business development manager in HR advisory, responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships. With deep experience in startups and LinkedIn, she offers insights into market trends and strategic planning to drive growth.
